I am a graduate of Kurt Gray’s lab at UNC and I will be working in Eric Hehman’s lab at McGill as a postdoc. I study:

how key social categories such as race, gender, and age intersect and interact with contextual factors to predict stereotyping and discrimination

how moral psychology might adopt insights from social cognition and other areas of psychology to improve generalizability

how paranoia relates to judgments of hostility and intentionality

I have extensive training in statistical modeling and data management; I use this training to combine experimental work with big data analysis, bridging the gap between tightly-controlled investigations and real-world outcomes.
